Delete Your Hayee Account

You may permanently delete your Hayee account using the form below.

Once submitted and confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our system. This action cannot be undone.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account:

• Your customer account will be permanently removed.
• Your saved addresses will be deleted.
• Your name, email address, and phone number will be removed from our system.
• Your device tokens used for notifications will be deleted.
• You will immediately lose access to your account.

What Will Be Retained

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, certain transactional records may be retained as required by applicable laws.

• Order numbers, purchased products, totals, and tax information may be retained.
• Personal information associated with past orders will be anonymized.
• Payment transaction data is processed and stored by our payment service providers in accordance with financial regulations.

Hayee does not control data stored independently by third-party payment or checkout providers.

Third-Party Payment & Checkout Services

We use secure third-party services such as Juspay (Breeze Checkout) to process payments and enable checkout functionality.

These providers may retain transaction-related data according to their own privacy policies and regulatory requirements.

If you wish to request deletion of data stored directly by such providers, you must contact them separately.

Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you wish to shop again.
• If you have pending orders, we recommend contacting support before deleting your account.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed automatically upon confirmation.
In certain cases, technical processing may take up to 24 hours to fully reflect across all systems.
